Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training. Boot Camp class is full of variety and every workout is unique. Expect the unexpected. Using different gym toys: benches, mats, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, free weights and so on. Partner work is often included and Boot Camp is an excellent class to bring a friend to.
