Service Description
This circuit training class is designed to make you grind and sweat, it's fun and intense!! Using all different types of equipments like the Sled, Skyerg, Rowing, Air Bike, TRX, Kettlebell and much more. You will also do exercises using your own bodyweight such as push-ups, planks and explosive movements like box jumps and burpees. Scared ? Don't worry we adjust for all fitness level. Bring your towel!

Cancellations are permitted only up to 6 hours before the class. You can reschedule your class up to 1 hour before it begins. Please keep in mind that there may be other members on the waiting list who need sufficient notice. Any no-shows will result in a lost class.
