
CIRCUIT TRAINING - Full Body Strength

Full-body circuit training is a workout approach where participants perform a sequence of exercises back-to-back with little rest in between. This full-body strength training class incorporates exercises that engage all major muscle groups.
During this class, you'll have access to high-quality equipment such as sleds, Concept 2 machines (including SkiErg, BikeErg, and rowers), medicine balls, squat racks, cable machine, TRX, kettlebells, free weights, battle ropes, and much more.
ULTIMATE LEG CIRCUIT

Monday 6:45am - Revamp your workout routine with the Ultimate Leg Circuit, an exhilarating class dedicated to strengthening and sculpting your lower body.
This session focuses on building muscle endurance, power, and definition through a dynamic series of exercises targeting your quads, hamstrings, glutes. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert instructors will guide you through a variety of high-energy drills and functional movements designed to enhance your overall leg strength and stability.
FLEX AND FIRM - Upper Body Circuit

Wednesday 6:45am - Enhance and strengthen your upper body and core in this dynamic circuit class. Achieve firmness and build power with a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells, cable machines, and TRX, along with other engaging tools crafted to optimize your workout experience.
BOXING

Get ready to unleash your inner champion with our exciting Boxing class!
Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 5 PM. Our dynamic sessions are all about boosting your core strength, toning those key muscle groups, and supercharging your endurance, confidence, and self-esteem.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Workout

Get ready to energize your fitness journey! Join our HIIT Class every MONDAY at 6 PM for an exhilarating workout experience that get your heart pumping!
We’ll turn down the lights and light up the room with vibrant LED effects, creating a fantastic atmosphere for a full-body workout you won’t want to miss! This high-intensity interval training session is all about pushing your limits, blending cardio, weight lifting, and bodyweight exercises to keep you moving and grooving! Using Kettlebells and Dumbbells.
BOOTY HIIT

Join us every WEDNESDAY at 6pm as we turn the lights off and the LED lights on for an electrifying LOWER-BODY workout experience! High-intensity interval training class that targets your legs and glutes. It’s going to be a blast!
You’ll mix cardio and weight training exercises to sculpt those legs and glutes, keeping your booty fabulous all year round using kettlebells, dumbbells, and mini bands!
EMOM -Every Minute on the Minute

Friday 6:45am and 12:15pm - Challenge yourself with our dynamic, fun and high intensity EMOM class which involves performing a prescribed amount of work, such as a number of repetitions of an exercise, at the beginning of every minute for a set duration (ex: 5 minutes). Any time remaining in the minute after completing the work is spent resting.
The exercise, number of reps, and duration of the workout can be easily adjusted to suit different fitness levels and goals.
In summary, an EMOM class is a dynamic and engaging way to improve strength and conditioning in a time-efficient manner while fostering a sense of community among participants through shared effort and goal-setting within a structured format.
STRETCH AND STRENGTH

Thursday 12:15pm - Stretch and Strength class integrate strength training exercises with stretching routines, improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall body movement. In this class you'll practice various stretches and mobility exercises designed to increase your body's ability to move freely and comfortably.
The goal is to reduce stiffness, prevent injuries, improve posture and athletic performance.
Whether you're new to exercise or an athlete, this class is beneficial for everyone looking to move better and feel more flexible in every activities.
HYBRID HUSTLE

Sunday 10am - Experience our unique Hyrox-inspired class that combines high-intensity cardio with strength training—minus the running. Each session features dynamic stations, including Wall Balls, Skierg, Rower, Farmer Carry, Walking Lunges, Burpee Broad Jumps, sled pushes and pulls with ropes and much more, designed to enhance endurance and cardio vascular and also, build muscle.
