This circuit training class is designed to make you grind and sweat, it's fun and intense!! Time based, using all different types of equipments like sled, Skierg, rowing, Air Bike, Kettlebells and much more.
You will also do exercises using your own bodyweight such as push-ups, planks and explosive movements like box jumps and burpees.
Scared ? Don't worry we adjust for all fitness level.
Don't forget to bring your towel!

HIIT
MONDAY 6pm
Lights off, LED On !
Nonstop high-intensity interval training class that will keep you moving & stretch your limits! Timed intervals alternate between cardio and strength moves to get your heart rate up and keep it there the whole class.
Whether you're a trained athlete or a relative newcomer, this class gives you options so you're always challenged, engaged & sweaty. You'll leave with boosted metabolism & a great sense of accomplishment!

BOXING
MONDAY 5pm
THURSDAY 6pm
The boxing class will help you build core strength, tone major muscle groups, build endurance, confidence and self-esteem. Boxing training combines heavy bag work, focus pad with a partner, and more cardio exercises at a High Intensity Interval Training.
You will learn the real boxing techniques.

BOOTCAMP
THURSDAY 5pm
Move, burn and sweat through this high energy, full-body class.
This class combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercices through timed intervals of free weights, KB, Medicine balls, plyometrics, cardio training and balance work.

BOOTYFIT
WEDNESDAY 6pm
Lights off, LED ON !
Sculpt, tone and tighten those buns in this high-energy booty-building class.
You will combine cardio, weight training exercises focusing on legs and butt to keep your booty in check all year round.
Using KB, Dumbbells and mini band.
