Service Description
Nonstop high-intensity interval training class that will keep you moving & stretch your limits! Timed intervals alternate between cardio and strength moves to get your heart rate up and keep it there the whole class. Using KB and Dumbbells only. Whether you're a trained athlete or a relative newcomer, this class gives you options so you're always challenged, engaged & sweaty. You'll leave with boosted metabolism & a great sense of accomplishment!

Cancellations are permitted only up to 6 hours before the class. You can reschedule your class up to 1 hour before it begins. Please keep in mind that there may be other members on the waiting list who need sufficient notice. Any no-shows will result in a lost class.
